At Panagiotu Pension Advisor(PPA), we know that when it comes to the design and management of your organization’s retirement plan – one size does not fit all Every day we strive to be the best in custom plan design, regulatory compliance, responsive administration and exceptional service to make our clients more successful.  While our inside team of administrators are your daily contacts, providing quick and accurate responses, our outside team of client services consultants meet with our clients and your business partners to get to know your needs, facilitate your unique plan design, liaison with our legal and administration team on your behalf and conduct employee education, plan enrollment and annual report delivery meetings on-site.

Steve Rapkoch
Client Services Consultant - Team Lead

Steve joined PPA in January of 2009 and brought with him over 30 years of business management experience.  Steve's duties include leading the Outside Service team, meeting with plan sponsors to review annual reports, conducting employee education meetings, developing marketing materials and working with the investment advisor community.

Steve and his wife Joan live in Tacoma and have two sons - Nick, who lives & works in Raleigh, North Carolina and Connor, who lives and works in Washington, D.C.

Steve is an avid senior baseball player and enjoys fly fishing when time permits.

Nina Monaghan
Client Services Consultant

Nina joined the PPA team in 2007.  She has been active in the Retirement Plan industry since 1982.  Nina is a graduate of Washington State University and a die hard COUGARS FAN!!

As part of the Outside Client Service Team, Nina meets with our clients annually to review the financial reports, discuss compliance, limits, plan design, etc. In addition to client meetings, Nina conducts employee meetings for the staff in conjunction with the Plan Financial Advisor.

In her spare time Nina likes to spend as much time as possible with her family and friends in the outdoors.

Matt Weber
Client Services Consultant

Matt joined PPA in the fall of 2013 as an Assistant Administrator and brings a thorough understanding of plan design, compliance testing and solution analysis to the Client Services Team.  A graduate of Central Washington University, Matt has over 21 years of accounting and financial services industry experience. 

In his free time, Matt enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.

Dave Kasperson
Client Services Consultant

Dave joined PPA in 2017. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College. Dave has worked in the Retirement Plan industry since 1999 and in the Financial Services industry since 1991. His previous roles include: Administrator, Client Services Representative, Sales and Plan Consultant. Understanding how retirement plans work from various perspectives enable him to bring vast knowledge in multiple aspects of the industry including plan design, education and administration. All of which are beneficial to both the plan sponsors and employees.

In his free time, Dave enjoys, boating, fishing and traveling.

Sandy Watson
Client Services Consultant

Sandy has been with PPA for fourteen years.  Her experience with the firm is varied and she possesses a broad range of skill sets. As part of the Outside Client Service Team, Sandy meets with clients to review financial reports, discuss compliance, plan limits, etc.  In addition to client meetings, she conducts employee meetings for participants in conjunction with the Plan's financial advisor.

Sandy enjoys gardening, walking, reading, volunteering in the community, and actively serving in her church.
