Company Profile

Panagiotu Pension Advisors (PPA) is a 401(k) and Retirement Plan Administration firm located in University Place, Washington.  We handle the legal, accounting and compliance functions for Qualified Retirement Plans.  The firm's assets, personnel and resources are dedicated exclusively to the retirement plan administration and plan document field.  Our firm took root over 50 years ago as a C.P.A. practice, and in 1989 we created our Retirement Plan Division.  In 2007, PPA made the decision to devote 100%  of our efforts to 401(k) and Retirement Plan Administration.

PPA currently employs 44 highly-trained professionals and we administrate approximately 1,800 plans with combined assets of over $3.5 billion right here in the greater Pacific Northwest region.

Our Commitment

Retirement plan administration is our full-time focus.  We work with business owners and management to custom design retirement plans that meet specific business needs based on each company's unique situation and size.  The key to success for any type of plan lies in its initial design. We make sure the plan makes administrative, as well as, legal sense.  PPA handles plan administration accurately and timely so you have more time to spend running your business.

PPA is committed to our clients' education!   We provide an annual 401(k) seminar exclusively for our clients.  Each year, approximately 100-200 clients attend this half day seminar for an update on the latest tax law changes and strategies affecting these complicated, yet very popular plans.

PPA takes great pride in providing a first-class employee meeting!  These meetings are designed specifically to explain to sponsors and participants alike the unique rules that apply to their particular Plan.  We also provide one-on-one administrative training to those charged with the daily operation of the Plan and can examine your internal processes to help you run your plan more smoothly.
